Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free is ₹0 forever for 1 outlet with 1 billing till and up to 300 bills a month, and your bills show "Powered by Billowa". Every new account also gets a 14-day trial of every feature first.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You can sign up and bill without adding a card. You only pay if you choose a paid plan.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The till keeps billing offline. Each bill gets its own invoice number on the device and syncs with your account when the connection is back.
Are the bills GST-compliant?
Bills are tax invoices with your GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, place of supply and the CGST/SGST (or IGST) split. GST e-invoicing is available on Pro.
Which printers work?
58 mm and 80 mm ESC/POS thermal printers over USB, Bluetooth (Android app) or the network.
Can I run more than one outlet?
Yes. Paid plans are priced per outlet, and Pro adds a shared brand menu with per-outlet overrides and outlet comparison reports.
How do my staff sign in?
Owners and managers use email and password for the admin panel. Cashiers and waiters sign in on the till with a PIN, so you don't pay for extra logins.
